Pre-heated pressure Solar Water Heater (Copper coil as heat exchanger) :

Feature: 

   All the parts are the same to non pressure solar water heater, except adding a heat exchanger copper coil inside big tank. When cold water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in big tank via the copper coil, to get hot water.  It can bear the pressure from tap water (6 bars), so there will be a more comfortable shower. Meantime hot water that we use not transfer in solar tank directly, the hot water is more clean and healthy.

    This type, we need to install auxiliary tank, it just makes up some water into tank in case evaporating from air vent. Because we do not use water from the big tank, the tank just work as heat source to heat water inside copper coil. So after days or months, water will be less and less, auxiliary tank will auto feeding water into the big tank.

Material:

1. Inner tank: thickness 0.4mm SUS304-2B stainless steel.

2. Outer tank: Color steel sheet PVDF.

3. Frame: thickness 2.0mm aluminium alloy .

4.Insulation: high pressure overall machine foam. Thickness 55mm imported polyurethane. High density: 40kg/m3

5.Solar Vacuum tube:

       1). High-quality borosilicate glass 3.3.

       2).  Selective absorption coating: AL-N/AL.

       3). Specific: Dia58mm, Length1800MM.

       4). Qty of tubes: 18/20/24/30.

6. Auxiliary tank:

       Volume 5 liter /8 liter /10 liter / 12 liter available. .

7.Heat exchanger copper coils:

        1. Diameter 12mm.2.Thickness:1mm 3.Length: 20m-50m.

8. System capacity: 180/200/240/300 Liters.

9. The working pressure in the copper coil is 0.6Mpa (6 bars).
