Solar heat collector.

1. Working Principle:

The selective coating on the inner cover of evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to condensers. The heat then pass through heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. This transference of heat into the Liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

Manifold (interior): thickness1.2mm Copper pipe.

Manifold Casing Material: thickness 1.8 mm Aluminum alloy.

 Insulation: Polyurethane /Rock wool
 Frame Material 1.5mm thickness Galvanized or 2.0mm Aluminum alloy

Vacuum tube dimension: D58mm* L1800mm.

Coating of vacuum tube: CU-SS-ALN/ALN.

No of vacuum tube: 10 PCS, 15 PCS, 20PCS, 25 PCS, 30 PCS.

Daily output (50 ^oC ): 100L-300L.

 Daily efficiency:  average ≥55%, ≥45% in winter.
